Human Aura
It is so important to study and understand Auras because we are energy and need to be be aware of what we are carrying around with us at all times. A medium can pick up impressions from a person's aura during a reading due to very person having an aura or energy field around them. In fact, everything that is matter, living or non-living possesses an aura.
Auras are an extension of who we are. In other words, auras reflect our feelings, intellectual abilities, physical well being, and spirituality. An aura is an invisible electromagnetic energy field that surrounds a person's physical body. They can appear in any shape, size, or color.
Colors continually change around a person because of how their current physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual state of being is. Although, there is a constant or steady color that is connected to every person throughout their life. Some people can actually see auras emanating around people. The auric field records everything about a person. Auras can be compared to a blueprint of a person's life.
An aura is what a medium or psychic tap into when they are giving a person a reading. It is this energy field around a person that reveals to a medium or psychic a persons current health condition, emotional state of being, and spiritual awareness of a person. It is also the aura of a medium or psychic that the spirits on the other-side tap into in order to communicate with them. Mediums or psychics raise their vibrations or energy around them through deep meditation to communicate with the spirit world. Spirits on the other side lower their energy levels in order to communicate with us in the physical world. In other words, it is like when we try to tune into a radio station to hear a clear reception coming through. The spirit world is vibrating at a faster pace than here on earth. It is equally a task on each side to be able to communicate effectively.
Most of the material I have read about the amount of layers around a person varies between five and seven. Every layer within the aura vibrates at a particular rate and has its own specific function. In addition, every energy layer around a person interpenetrates the physical body at particular points. These points or energy centers are called chakras (wheel of light). Chakras rejuvenate or nourish the body and energize the aura.

Understanding Auras will help you be more aware of the
energy within and around you. In order to fully understand an aura better a person needs to be aware of the colors within them. Just a reminder, auras possess a series of layers outside a person. It is within these layers that color can be seen and interpreted. When thinking about colors it is important to think about them as energy that moves at a particular frequency. Color also possesses its own tone because there is a rate at which a color vibrates in relation to a tone. Every color has its own tone that corresponds with a particular note. For example, red vibrates in the key of c, orange vibrates in the key of d, yellow vibrates in the key of e, green vibrates in the key of f, blue vibrates in the key of g, indigo vibrates in the key of a, and violet vibrates in the key of b. It is important to remember that every color interpretation is subjective to every person. In addition, a person may possess ideas or feelings that are different than the general interpretations that are given below. Things to keep in mind when you are interpreting colors within the human aura, dark shades of primary colors denote negative aspects of its meaning. Bright or pastel colors denote positive aspects of its meaning.
